Copying and Pasting Location Data

You can copy the location data embedded in an image and paste it to other images. Copied location data can be pasted to multiple images simultaneously. If the image also contains direction information and point of interest (POI) information, it can be copied and pasted along with the other location data.

Select either a thumbnail or for an image that contains location data.
You cannot copy location data if multiple images are selected.

Select [Edit] in the [Copy Location Data] menu.

Select the thumbnail to which you wish to paste the copied location data, then select [Paste Location Data] in the [Edit] menu.
The corresponding is moved or added to the location of the pasted location data.

Note

If you paste location data to images that already contain location data, the existing data is overwritten with the new data.
