Connection Issues
If you are unable to connect to the camera using SnapBridge 360/170, check the list below.
- Is the camera off or busy?
- If the Send while off option is disabled, SnapBridge 360/170 will be unable to connect when the camera is off. Turn the camera on or enable Send while off. See “Network Menu”. In addition, SnapBridge 360/170 may be unable to connect while the camera is recording or playing movies or performing other demanding tasks.
- Are you also running SnapBridge?
- If both SnapBridge and SnapBridge 360/170 are installed on the same device, SnapBridge 360/170 will be unable to connect to KeyMission 360 cameras while SnapBridge is connected to a SnapBridge-compatible camera. Exit SnapBridge and confirm that it is not running in the background (the procedure varies with the smart device; see the documentation provided with your device for details).

- Are you using iOS 11.3 to 12.1?
- If live view is left on during remote photography, the Wi-Fi connection will eventually end, returning you to the Camera tab. We recommend that you end live view immediately after framing each shot.
