Errors
If an error occurs during pairing, check the following before attempting pairing again.
- Is SnapBridge 360/170 currently paired with another camera?
- SnapBridge 360/170 can pair with only one camera at a time. End pairing with the current camera before pairing with another camera.
- Are you also running SnapBridge?
-
If both SnapBridge and SnapBridge 360/170 are installed on the same device, SnapBridge 360/170 will be unable to connect to KeyMission 360 cameras while SnapBridge is connected to a SnapBridge-compatible camera. Exit SnapBridge and confirm that it is not running in the background (the procedure varies with the smart device; see the documentation provided with your device for details).
- Is there radio interference?
- The presence of microwave ovens or other devices that can cause radio interference may hinder pairing. Move to a location free of radio interference.
- Is GPS disabled?
- Devices running Android 6.0 will be unable to locate the camera when GPS is disabled. Enable GPS.
- If the error persists, try the following:
-
- Turn the camera off and then on again, then exit SnapBridge 360/170 and launch it again after confirming that it is not running in the background (the procedure varies with the smart device; see the documentation provided with your device for details).
