Auto Download Troubleshooting
Check the list below if you are unable to download pictures from the camera using auto download.
- Is [Foreground] selected for [Link mode]?
- If [Foreground] is selected for [Auto link] > [Link mode] in the tab, pictures will not be downloaded automatically while SnapBridge is running in the background. This can be addressed by displaying (foregrounding) the app on the smart device.
- Is the camera battery running low?
- Some cameras may suspend download when the battery falls below 20%. Download will resume when the battery is charged.
- Check camera settings.
- The camera may be configured to suspend upload while off. Turn the camera on or change settings to enable upload when the camera is off. See the documentation provided with the camera for more information.
- Note that the camera may be unable to upload images if the standby timer is set to an extremely low value. In such cases, try extending the standby timer.
- Check camera status.
- Using the camera for such purposes as viewing videos or retouching pictures may interrupt download of 8 megapixel pictures. Try again after ending the task in progress on the camera.
- Are you also running the SnapBridge 360/170 app?
SnapBridge cannot connect while the SnapBridge 360/170 app is connected to a KeyMission 360 or KeyMission 170. Automatic download will resume after exiting the SnapBridge 360/170 app, then launching SnapBridge.
To exit the app, you must also terminate it in the background. The procedure varies with the smart device; see the documentation provided with your device for details.
