Updating the Tether Profile

Launching NX Tether or selecting [Check for Updates] in the [Help] menu automatically downloads and updates the Tether Profile (if applicable).

  • You can view the current Tether Profile version by selecting:

    • Windows: [About NX Tether] in the [Help] menu
    • macOS: [About NX Tether] in the [NX Tether] menu

Updating NX Tether

Depending on your camera model, you may need to update both the Tether Profile and NX Tether. If so, a notification dialog will appear when you launch the software. You can also view the notification dialog from the [Check for Updates] option in the [Help] menu.
