Connection Issues

• Is the camera off or busy? If the Send while off option is disabled, SnapBridge 360/170 will be unable to connect when the camera is off. Turn the camera on or enable Send while off. See “Network Menu”. In addition, SnapBridge 360/170 may be unable to connect while the camera is recording or playing movies or performing other demanding tasks. • Are you also running SnapBridge? If both SnapBridge and SnapBridge 360/170 are installed on the same device, SnapBridge 360/170 will be unable to connect to KeyMission 360 or KeyMission 170 cameras while SnapBridge is connected to a SnapBridge-compatible camera. Exit SnapBridge and confirm that it is not running in the background (the procedure varies with the smart device; see the documentation provided with your device for details).

Wi-Fi

Is Wi-Fi enabled, both in SnapBridge 360/170 and on the camera? Enable Allow Wi-Fi access in the SnapBridge 360/170 Connect tab.
